READ BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
All appointments require a deposit, which will be deducted from your final payment the day of your appointment. Your final payment can be paid with cash or by card. All rescheduling/ cancellations need to be done within 24 hrs of your appointment. This will allow me to move a client up or fit another client into that space. If 24 hrs notice is not given for cancellations your deposit will be used as an inconvenience fee. If rescheduling is not done within 24 hrs of cancellations, your deposit will be used as a inconvenience fee. If rescheduling is not done at all, your deposit will be used as a inconvenience fee. I understand emergency's happens, if this is not a continuous thing, I will allow you to contact me so we can work something out.
Please send a courtesy text/call if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time. A courtesy text will be sent if I'm running behind, so please make sure I have a reliable number on file. All appointments can be cancel if your more then 30 minutes late. If an emergency happens please contact me.
Please keep in mind, when scheduling braids, the time may take longer depending on the length and thickness of your hair. A consultation must be done before scheduling an appointment. A consultation can be done in person or over the phone. A CONSULTATION CAN NOT BE DONE BY TEXT MESSAGES/ DM'S OR EMAILS PLEASE. Additional fees will apply, if your hair is not shampoo, blow dry, and detangle within the last 24 hrs. Please do no add any products to your hair (oils, hair grease, edge control, gel, etc) There is also an additional fee if you get braids longer than 20' (above bra strap). The only hair that I will used is Sensationnel 3x Ruwa pre-stretched hair. Prices do not include the hair, please let me know 24 hrs before your appointment, if you need me to pick up your hair.
SCHEDULING CHEMICAL SERVIICE
When scheduling any Chemical Service, the time may take longer depending on the length, density and thickness of your hair. A consultation must be done before scheduling an appointment. A consultation can be done in person or over the phone. A CONSULTATION CAN NOT BE DONE BY TEXT MESSAGES/ DM'S OR EMAILS PLEASE. The best consultation for color, is in person. There is also an additional length charge if your hair longer than 20' (above bra strap).
SCHEDULING FOR CHILDREN
All children services (ages 5-11) will require a consultation before giving a price. Pricing is not based on age; pricing is based on length and density of hair; the amount of time it takes styling the hair. I do service children younger than 5, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ABLE TO SIT IN CHAIR WITHOUT PARENTS. You can book under the "Basic Children Braids/Styling", link to secure your appointment date. Consultation can with done in person (child must be present) or over the phone. You must have a recent picture (within three months) of the child hair for over the phone consultation. Prices will be giving after consultation
